Found right in the Papa Pal app, this feature makes it easy to identify yourself and confirm for your member that you’re the Papa Pal they were expecting. It’s a simple way to help everyone feel comfortable and connected from the start!
How does the digital ID work?
When you arrive at your visit, the member may ask you to present your digital ID, which you can access directly in the Papa Pal app. This badge displays essential, timely information, including the member's name and your name.
Your digital ID will automatically pop up on your screen when you arrive at the visit location and tap "I'm Here." After you have presented your digital ID to the member, you can tap the "Start Visit" button on the screen.
Note: If the member doesn't answer the door, you can tap the phone icon on the screen to call the member using a masked phone number. Calling the member from the ID screen can also provide a quick and easy way for you to confirm your identity if a member is skeptical.
