  1. Need help registering for your Papa benefit?

    If you’re an eligible health plan member, visit the link below to find your plan’s dedicated number, and contact Papa to get started. Members covered by employers can register online. Ask your employer how!

  2. Want to schedule a visit with a Papa Pal?

    No problem. Confirm your benefit eligibility directly with your health plan. Once confirmed, call your plan’s dedicated phone number to schedule. If you’re offered Papa through your employer, you can schedule a visit from the Papa Care app after completing registration.

  3. Interested in Papa services for a loved one?

    Papa currently does not offer services directly to consumers. However, nearly 100 health plans and employers include Papa as a covered benefit. Contact yours to inquire!
