“I was lost when I couldn’t drive and get to the places I needed to go. It was a blessing to have Papa during this time. I don’t think I ever missed an appointment. The Papa Pals have always been there to help me get where I need to go. I’m very thankful for the program.” -Annie S., Papa Member

Create deeper connections

Discover the benefits of being a Preferred Pal

Preferred Pals build lasting connections through visits with the same member and enjoy perks like priority access and the ability to reschedule visits on behalf of the member. Regular interactions deepen your understanding of members, making visits more comfortable.

To become a member’s Preferred Pal, prioritize reliability, punctuality, and attentiveness. Focus on member needs, confirm tasks, and express your willingness to visit them again. If a member feels a strong connection and would like you to visit again, they can request you as their Preferred Pal when scheduling their next visit.
