Why is feedback so important to Papa? You’re our eyes and ears when it comes to finding potential gaps in care for our member community. We review every piece of feedback from Papa Pals to ensure members receive the right support.
How do I submit feedback after a visit? To submit feedback after a visit, go to the Visit Feedback section of the Papa Pal app. Be detailed about your experience, any concerns you have about the member, and what you think Papa can do to provide better care.
*Pal Tip: If you feel you're not the best match for a member, it's okay to mention it in the feedback section, and we'll try not to match you with that member again.

Phone number privacy protection for Pals and members
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance your Pal experience and prioritize safety, we're introducing a new, secure communications method. In the coming weeks, we'll roll out a new feature that will hide your real phone number when communicating with members through the Papa Pal app.

Can I cancel a visit with a member?
Yes, you can cancel a visit with a member. However, please give at least 24 hours' notice so we can find another available Pal.
Remember, members depend on Pals for crucial social support and companionship. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows can leave members without transportation to appointments or access to essentials, like groceries, creating undue challenges or gaps in their care.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will lead to removal from the platform.
