Each member has their own unique set of needs and some may have conditions like dementia, visual or hearing impairments, and challenges with mental health or hoarding. To help create the best possible experience for both you and the member, we have created a guide with tips on how to interact with members with these types of conditions.

Remember, no matter what a member may be facing, we're all people who are in need of companionship, compassion, and support.

*Reminder: After completing a visit, you'll be prompted in the Papa Pal app to share feedback with Papa. This is the perfect place to include insights about the member and their needs. This allows our team to provide additional supportive services. Check out our feedback guide here.

Per HIPAA, you are not allowed to bring another companion to a Papa visit. This includes family members and friends. You are also not allowed to bring a pet to a Papa visit. Keep in mind, that bringing additional companions to a Papa visit will result in removal from the platform.

Tax season is approaching and we want to make sure you’re prepared. If you earned over $600 during 2023, Papa will issue you a 1099 Tax Form.
