As we communicated in November, you may be experiencing shifts in your visit volume and member community. Health plans update their annual benefits each year, which means we've had to say goodbye to some members. We understand that changes like this can be difficult, and we want to express our appreciation for your dedicated support to our members and the meaningful relationships you've established with them.

What steps does Papa take after I report a safety issue with a member?
As a Pal, your safety is our priority. If you ever feel unsafe during a visit, please leave and contact Papa Support at 800-775-5697 or report the safety issue here so our team can take action.
Once we receive a safety report, our Trust and Safety investigators conduct a thorough review within 24 hours, taking prompt corrective action based on their findings.
While we will protect your confidentiality to the best of our ability, if we find something that could be a danger to others, we have to act. For example, if you complete a visit and report that the member may pose a safety risk to other Pals, and we notice they have additional visits planned, we won't disclose your name, but we may need to initiate an immediate investigation into the member's activities.
