That's why we've created an SMS reminder feature to bring you all of the details about upcoming visits, right to your mobile phone. These text message reminders include a personal link that brings you to a personalized Member Visit Page with everything you need to know about your upcoming Papa Pal visits.

On our Member Visit Page, simplicity is key. Members who opt-in to receive SMS reminders gain direct access to details about their upcoming visits right at the tip of their fingertips—without needing any login credentials or passwords. We believe in making your experience seamless and hassle-free.
Timely notifications
A text message will be sent to your mobile device before each scheduled visit, ensuring you are well-prepared. Within the message is a unique link to your personalized webpage, providing you with all the necessary information for your upcoming visit with a Papa Pal.
Real-time updates, anytime
Clicking on your personal link grants you access to real-time updates about the status of your upcoming visit. This link remains active for up to 24 hours after the scheduled visit time, allowing you the flexibility to check details at your convenience.
What to Expect on Your Member Visit Page
Discover a wealth of information on your personalized page:
- Time and date: Know exactly when your Papa Pal will be visiting and the expected duration of the visit (e.g., 1 hour).
- Location: Identify the city and state where the visit will take place.
- Assigned Papa Pal: Familiarize yourself with the Papa Pal who will be assisting you, including what type of vehicle they drive.
- Papa Pal's car: For safety reasons, Pals can only register one car on their account. Rest assured, they'll use the registered vehicle for your visit.
- Upcoming visits: Keep track of your upcoming visits with a maximum of 3 visits in the list.
- Cancel/Reschedule Visit Buttons: Tap these buttons to take you to a page where you can cancel the visit entirely, or reschedule the time and/or the date of the visit.
Opting back in — made easy
Should you wish to rejoin the SMS reminder feature, a straightforward process awaits. Simply reply to the last message you received with START, or initiate the process by texting START to (305) 424-2995.
